Tyler N.E. Erickson
 

Tyler N.E. Erickson is an associate attorney in Larson Latham Huettl LLP’s Bismarck office.  Prior to joining LLH in November 2018, Tyler worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the nine judges of the South Central Judicial District, and as a closing officer at North Dakota Guaranty & Title Company.

A native of Williston, North Dakota, Tyler obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Dakota in 2014, with a particular emphasis on 18th century abolitionism.  Shortly thereafter, he attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, earning his juris doctor degree in May of 2017.  During law school, he served on boards for Moot Court and the North Dakota Law Review, authored a law review article pertaining to the controversial United States Supreme Court case, Obergefell v. Hodges, and was elected to the Order of Barristers.

Tyler focuses his practice on the areas of criminal defense, real estate, and family law.  He and his wife live in the Bismarck area, where they enjoy all of the benefits western North Dakota has to offer.
