Lynette graduated from Moorhead State University in 1996 with a BS degree in Bachelor of Arts in paralegal studies. Lynette moved to Minot in 1999 and in 2002 she began working with Paul Temanson, with whom she has worked with ever since. In 2000, Lynette obtained her certification as a Certified Legal Assistant from the National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals.
In 2010, she also earned certification as an Advanced Certified Paralegal in Social Security Disability. Lynette is a member of the Western Dakota Association of Legal Assistants, as well as the National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals.
Lynette and her husband, Jeff, own a construction company and reside outside of Minot with their three sons, who are involved in music and numerous sporting activities. In their spare time, they all enjoy camping, fishing, and sports.
